Thank you for taking the time to visit my website! My name is Abrianna, a licensed Nail Technician based in Pasadena, MD, with over two years of experience in the field. My primary goal is to ensure that each of my clients experiences a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere during their service. Prior to scheduling an appointment, please take a moment to review my policies. Booking Policy: Deposit: To secure your appointment, I require a NON-refundable $15 deposit which will go towards your service. Your appointment is confirmed as soon as I receive the deposit. Booking: All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. A $15 squeeze-in fee is applied to bookings made outside of my regular service hours and must be sent along with the deposit. Cancellation: Deposits will be refunded for any cancellations initiated by me. I understand that things come up however, I kindly request that you contact me at least 1 day in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment, allowing you to apply the deposit towards a future booking once. Failure to provide notice of a no-show without communication is not tolerated. Guest: As space is limited, please come to your appointment alone or with no more than 1 person to accompany you. For the safety of myself and others please do not arrive to your appointment sick. Arrival: To ensure you leave with a quality set, I ask that you please arrive to your appointment on time. I have a 15 minute grace period, after which your appointment will be cancelled. If you are late a $15 fee will be added to your total amount. Payment: I accept final payments in cash, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I Charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
